OUR STORY
The story of BE GRAPE is rooted in connection- two souls, two homes, one shared dream. At BE GRAPE, we want to reconnect — to reattach to the roots that ground us in love and gratitude. We want to invite everyone back to harmony with the earth; the climate, the soil, and the homes that hold us.

BEHIND THE PRODUCTS
We live is a product focused world and most of our interactions are buying and consuming them without knowing the makers, farmers, hands and hearts that tend to and make them. We are here to tell those stories, and to start to spark curiosity about people and places that have stories longer than we can remember.

ONE WHO CATCHES LIGHTNING
Founder, creator, farmer, and educator One Who Catches Lightning comes from a diverse heritage and background. Trained since birth in both indigenous ways as well as high education (and a graduate of the University of Michigan in film and the arts), they present the possibility of listening and acting from the heart space. A wine and food educator for over 25 years, as well as an indigenous farmer, maker and artist and teacher, this new venture is about weaving all parts of their lives together and coming back full circle to let the soil speak first.
